How it works

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
• Your license keys are deactivated once the refund is processed.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from our support page or email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. That is all we need. We may ask what did not work for you, purely so we can improve, but answering is optional.

Things to know

• The guarantee covers the first 14 days of the initial purchase. Subscription renewals can be cancelled anytime from your account so you are never billed again.
• Refunds requested after 14 days are reviewed case by case in line with our support policy.
