One tap closes the store: the website shows Store Closed on every item and blocks add to cart, checkout and API orders until you switch it back on.
Sign in with WordPress
Managers log in with their existing WordPress account. There are no API keys to copy, and the app ships in nine languages including Spanish, French, German, Arabic and Hindi.

Get setup guidance

Activate RestroPress Manager
Install the Manager extension on your website, open RestroPress > Manager App and work through the Getting Started checklist: store set up, API allowed, store name and hours, order alerts and your license key.

Give managers a login
Create a WordPress user with the Shop Manager role for each person who runs the day. They sign in to the app with that username and password and never need to open wp-admin.

Work a shift from the app
Accept an order with a preparation time, change its status, edit a menu item and switch the store closed and open again, checking that each change shows on your website.

A few things to know.
Is the app free, and what am I paying for?
The RestroPress Manager app is free on Google Play and the App Store. What you license is the Manager extension that links it to your WordPress website: $19 per month for one site, $99 per month for up to 5 sites and $199 per month for up to 15 sites. The app will not sign in without an active license, and there is no free trial.
Who can sign in to the app?
Anyone with a WordPress Administrator or Shop Manager account on your site. Create a Shop Manager user for each person who runs the day; they use that username and password in the app and never have to open wp-admin.
What can I manage from the app?
Orders (accept with a prep time, change status, cancel with a reason), the menu (items, prices, categories, addon groups, photos, sold out and stock) and whether the store is open or closed. Reports, refunds, printing, delivery fees and opening hours stay in WordPress admin.
What happens when I switch the store to closed?
Your website immediately shows Store Closed on every menu item, blocks add to cart and checkout, and rejects orders from the API until you switch it back on. Opening and closing times still come from your RestroPress store timings.
