Items, addons, customer notes, checkout fields, customer contact, service type and time, payment status and order notes, with counts per status and filters by date, branch and search.
Receipt printing
Print receipts and kitchen copies from the app with your logo, footer content and complementary close pulled from settings; auto-print and network printers are supported by the app.
Menu availability and stock
Mark items or whole categories unavailable during service and update stock quantities when the Inventory extension is active.
Also runs in a browser
The same order manager is served as a web app at /order-tracking/ on your website, so a laptop or any tablet browser can work the queue without installing anything.

Activate the extension
Activate the Order Tracking extension on your RestroPress website and open RestroPress > Order Tracking to run the Getting Started checks, which confirm HTTPS, your manager account and the license or trial.

Sign in on each device
Install RestroPress Order Tracking on the phones and tablets your team uses, scan the QR code from the settings page to connect to your site, and sign in with a WordPress Administrator or Shop Manager account.

Place a test order
Order from your own website and check that the alert fires, the order opens with the right details and a status change shows up in your WordPress admin.

A few things to know.
What do I need to start using the app?
A WordPress website running RestroPress with the Order Tracking extension active. It is included in every paid plan from Starter upwards, or sold on its own at $19 per month or $89 per year for one site, $59 per month or $259 per year for up to 5 sites and $89 per month or $399 per year for up to 15 sites. The first login starts a 30 day trial. Sign in with a WordPress Administrator or Shop Manager account and your orders appear on the phone. See the plans.
Do status changes made in the app show on the website?
Yes. Status updates sync in both directions, so a change made in the app appears in WordPress admin straight away and the customer sees the new status on their order page.
Which printers can it print to?
Receipts and kitchen copies print from the app to supported receipt printers, including network printers, with auto-print available. The logo, footer text and closing line are set under Printing Contents in the extension settings. Check the current documentation for tested models before you buy hardware.
Is there a version for a laptop or desktop browser?
Yes. The extension publishes the same order manager as a web app at /order-tracking/ on your website. Sign in with your WordPress login and keep the tab open to receive alerts. For a native Windows or Mac app with printing, see the Print and Tracking Desktop App.
