A few things to know.
How much does the Square integration cost?
The extension is $29 per month for a single site, $99 per month for up to 5 sites and $199 per month for up to 15 sites. Square’s own card processing and hardware fees are billed by Square.
Do I need an existing Square account?
Yes. A Square merchant account with API access is required. You link it to RestroPress with your Square Application ID and Access Token, then choose whether to import the Square catalog or push your RestroPress menu across.
Does inventory sync in both directions?
Yes. When an item sells online or at the Square terminal, stock levels update on both sides in real time, so a dish that has sold out at the counter disappears from the website too.
Can I use Square POS for dine-in and RestroPress for delivery?
Yes. That is the usual setup. Both channels draw from the same stock and feed the same reporting, so you see one revenue figure across in-person and online sales.
Is multi-location supported?
Yes. The extension keeps menu, inventory and customer data consistent across multiple outlets, and the up to 5 and up to 15 site tiers cover each location’s RestroPress website.
